Important Note: Processing times may be extended in the event of low stock or backordered items. If your order requires additional time, we’ll notify you promptly.
Shipping Origin
- Some items ship directly from our U.S. warehouse.
- Other items are imported from Japan and may have longer shipping times or be subject to import duties depending on your country’s regulations.
- Orders are primarily shipped via USPS.
- Typical delivery takes 4–8 business days.
- We ship worldwide using the best available carrier: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
- Shipping time and cost vary based on destination and selected service at checkout.
2. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Depending on where the item ships from and your location:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or clearance fees.
- These charges are not included in item prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Charges may vary depending on whether the item ships from the USA or Japan.
- SaxajdmParts is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

4. Vehicle Fitment Responsibility
To ensure proper fitment of parts:
Customers are strongly encouraged to enter their vehicle information — including chassis number or VIN — when placing an order or during inquiry.
- This helps us verify compatibility with your specific vehicle model.
- If vehicle details are not provided, SaxajdmParts is not responsible for any issues related to incorrect part fitment or incompatibility.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct part is selected if fitment confirmation is not requested.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it under the following terms:
Return Guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

6. Exchanges & Order Cancellations
